How do I Book?
A. 1- Browse through the list of Resorts with rooms available until you find an offer, which is perfect for you. To view other offers and packages, and for more information about the resort, the rooms and the locations, simply click on the Resort name. 2- Select the date and number of rooms you would like to book. 3- Press the Book Now button and complete the details we require in order to be able to take your booking 4- You may be required to present Photo ID on arrival at the hotel. A Credit Card imprint or cash deposit will be required to cover incidental charges. How do I pay for Accommodation? A. To obtain these great rates, we require 50% payment through Paypal by using your credit card or banking details before the arrival date. Paypal is a secure alternative payment method.
I need to change my booking – What do I do?
A. If you wish to change your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that the special Resort rates are not always available and cancellation penalties may apply. I need to cancel my booking – What do I do? A. If you have to cancel your booking, refunds will depend on the individual Resorts cancellation policy. Administration charges may apply. How safe and secure is my Payment? A. All payments are made through Paypal using your Credit Card or banking details. Paypal is a secure alternative paying method. Your banking details are not exposed to us at any time, with the transaction being done purely by Paypal. What personal details do you collect and what do you do with them? A. We collect the minimum amount of personal details. We require your name, address telephone number and email address, which we require to make the booking. Your personal details are kept safe with Escape Locally and are never passed on to other people or companies. When you make the booking with Escape Locally, you have the option of subscribing to our newsletter, which will bring you details of the latest deals. If you choose to subscribe, your email address will be retained on our mailing list.
